Are you a PhD student or a researcher at the Charles University? Get involved in the Sustainable Working Conditions in Academia Survey - ReMO Staircase Survey.

It aims to create the largest reference dataset on well-being issues in research workplaces and mental health in the context of sustainable working conditions in academic environments. Additionally, it examines contextual factors influencing mental health — how mental health indicators differ depending on the departments, institutions, and countries where researchers work. This study is conducted by researchers for researchers. Their goal is to understand how to change the academic environment from within in a way that takes into account healthy and sustainable working conditions.

Why should you get involved?

The information you provide about your mental health and working conditions will serve as a basis for recommendations regarding relevant policies. Your efforts will help ensure adequate representation of your research institution and country and sufficient data collection to formulate specific advice for your workplace, considering your national context.
