Make an appointment at our consulting room for diagnostics. The goal of career counselling is to identify personality and career prerequisites, strong talents and potential for suitable future career application together with the support of leading testing tools. Career counselling can therefore very well help you in your decision-making regarding employment on the labour market after graduation, or already during your studies, and at the same time help you align your idea with expectations and roles in modern organizations.

We provide diagnostics in two formats:

Testing for students at the beginning of their bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies, or for the period of choosing a study specialisation:

• The testing takes place online from home, from your dorm, from anywhere where you have enough peace of mind and will not be disturbed. A link to the tests will be emailed to you and you choose the time to complete the tests.

• We need time to process all the information before meeting in person. Therefore, please allow at least 3 days between completing the tests and the face-to-face meeting.

• Please book a date for a personal assessment consultation in the application. At the consultation point, just before the interview, you will complete the last short test on the computer. The face-to-face meeting takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Consultations take place only in person in the counselling room of the Carolina Centre in Školská 13a (Prague 1).

• Diagnostics is conducted by Mgr. et Mgr. Lenka Slavíková.

Testing for career direction in the last years of bachelor's, master’s, and doctoral studies, or for the period of choosing a study specialization:

• Counseling includes a combination of two tests (about 1 hour) and a consultation (about 1.5 hours).

• The testing takes place online, you will receive links to the tests and instructions by email, and you can choose the date of completion yourself in the comfort of your home. The tests take an average of about 60 minutes to complete. The tests must be completed 4-5 days before the scheduled consultation due to processing and preparation.

• Follow-up consultation, i.e. interpretation of results and feedback counseling, takes place face-to-face (exceptionally online) lasting about 1.5-2 hours - Carolina Center consultation room at Hybernská 4 or Školská 13a (Prague 1).

• Diagnostics is conducted by Mgr. Denisa Stáncová.
