Please describe your monthly income and expenses, what you need to use the amount for. It is appropriate to prove your financial situation with some kind of document - for example, bank account statements for the last three months. If possible, attach proof of your permanent residence and other documents that may prove the financial situation of your family. If you do not have the documents, please write an affidavit stating that facts you provide are true.

Exemption from Admission Fees for Applicants from Ukraine

Charles University provides an exemption from selected fees related to the admission process for applicants who have been granted temporary protection in the Czech Republic or who hold a long-term residence permit issued in connection with the armed conflict in Ukraine. 

The exemption applies to: 

• the fee for actions related to the admission procedure, which may be waived for up to two applications per academic year; 

• the fee for assessing whether the applicant meets the requirement concerning previous education for admission to study. 

To claim the exemption, applicants must provide the relevant document confirming their residence status. The application for the exemption is submitted electronically through the Charles University information system.
