Rybička Science Kindergarten

• Located in the Botanical Garden complex, Na Slupi, Benátská 4, Prague 2.

• The kindergarten is intended for children aged 2.5 to 6 (7) years. The lower age limit depends on the child’s level of self-sufficiency.

• The kindergarten is open to children of employees and students of the Faculty of Science, Charles University. Priority is given to employees and PhD students, followed by Master’s and Bachelor’s students, and thirdly by grandparents who are employees of the Faculty of Science.

• Afternoon extracurricular clubs and the summer kindergarten are also open to the public.

Maxík Kindergarten

• Maxík Language Kindergarten and Nursery is located in the Hvězda dormitory complex. It is not operated by Charles University; it is a private provider, therefore no discounts are offered for CU employees or students.

• The kindergarten/child group in Prague 6 – Petřiny is located in the Hvězda dormitory complex, Zvoníčkova 1925/1, 162 08 Prague 6.

• It is one of many branches within the Maxík Kindergarten network.

• Accepts children from 1 to 7 years of age.

Fafík Child Group

• Located in the Business Centre, Hradecká 1151, 500 03 Hradec Králové.

• The child group is open to the public. Students and employees may also apply. Selection criteria include frequency of attendance, length of enrollment, and speed of application.

• The group is open for children from 1 year of age until preschool age.

• The kindergarten has its own grassy playground with play equipment.

Tamino Children’s Club

• Tamino Children’s Club located in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (FTVS).

• It is a public child group.

• Employees and students of FTVS receive a 25% discount from the price list and one-time babysitting at CZK 100 per hour.
