            * Description of the building
            ******************************************************************************************
            The Jednota dormitory is located in the city centre near the Main Train Station. The build

            barrier-free unit with two rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen.





            ******************************************************************************************

            * Entrance
            ******************************************************************************************
            The access pavement has a predominantly asphalt surface with only slight irregularities. T

            the area have lowered curbs.

            In front of the main entrance, there is one step up (height 14 cm, depth 40 cm), which is 

            by a grated ramp (gradient 12.5%, width 140 cm, length 106 cm) without a handle. The doubl

            spacious bathroom. Straight and to the right are the entrances to the rooms (manoeuvring s

            wardrobe. The layout of the furniture can be adjusted as needed.


            The bathroom (door width 80 cm, room width 270 cm, depth 248 cm) with a toilet and a modif

            cabin dimensions. It connects the 1st to 4th above-ground floors, including the mezzanine.

            There are no barrier-free sanitary facilities in  the common area of the dormitory. There

            There are no reserved parking spaces near the building.
