The provision of services and their funding is governed by the Rules for Providing Contrib Subsidies to Public Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education, Youth and This document specifies, among other things, the standards of measures provided to student categories of disability. These records are linked to the special study programme for which the diagnostic interview assessment was prepared. For other programmes, this information is no without the student’s consent. Access to this information at the faculty is limited to: • the designated staff member of the study department responsible for maintaining the reco • the faculty’s contact person, • and staff of the Carolina Centre, who report anonymized data to the Ministry (MŠMT). At the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Law, information in the “Student Information automatically visible to all teachers. At other faculties, no other Charles University emp teachers, have access to this information. Details about students’ exact medical diagnoses are available only to the diagnostic speci Teachers are informed about a student’s special educational needs either by the student th the help of the faculty’s contact person – but always with the student’s consent. Students may also choose to share this information with other service providers at CU – su staff or the digitization centre etc. If a student with special needs receives assistance from fellow students, the Carolina Cen information for the purpose of scholarship payments. Students may request to be removed from the register of students with special needs either writing, via the faculty’s contact person or the Carolina Centre staff. This does not mean records but the termination of active registration in the “Student Information System”. Data about students with special needs is retained for 10 years after graduation due to po inspections by the Ministry (MŠMT) regarding the use of financial resources.
